Brian's Ribs of Casa Verde, Cebu City

With my Superf recommending this baby back ribs at Casa Verde-Cebu City, even if this is out of way, my boyfriend and I hailed a taxi to bring us there. Casa Verde is located at The Walk in IT Park, Cebu City.
Brian's Ribs is Casa Verde's bestseller. It is baked pork ribs with a sweet, tangy piquet sauce. I love its sweet and peppery flavor with its tender meat. It was really challenging to wolf down what could be eaten before the bones. You can also ask how you want it cooked: rare (cool red center), medium rare (slightly red center), medium (pink center), medium well (slightly pink center), or well done (fully cooked). We wanted it well done.

We also ordered Caryl's Country Chicken Salad to compliment Brian's Ribs. This salad is a combination of lettuce, bacon bits, diced egg, buttered chicken, tomatoes, and cheese topped with honey mustard dressing. For health conscious people like us, this is a perfect dish to neutralize the calories we get from savoring baby back ribs.

What is even better is that Casa Verde's dishes are very affordable. You do not have to sacrifice the quality and taste of the food for the price. For only P188 you can luxuriously eat baby back ribs and you can share it with your loved one, too. Caryl's Salad is only P135 so what's the fuss?
