Blueberries n' Cream Waffles @ Red Mango, SM Mega Mall
After a job interview in Ortigas, I happened to pass by at SM Mega Mall to have something to eat since it was already lunch time. While strolling around, I saw a poster displaying pictures of mouth-watering desserts, and realizing that it was Red Mango, I never had second thoughts.
I entered and since I was not that hungry, I got an order of Blueberries n' Cream Waffles and dove right to it with great satisfaction. Topped with Yogurt, I savored every bite of nourishment and enjoyed each slice of fair sweetness and smooth creaminess.
At an affordable price of P150 (waffle P85, yogurt topping P40 and bottled water P25), dining in at Red Mango was an experience.

Congratulations to Kraft and MIHCA for the Cheesy Success!
Congratulations to the Magsaysay Center for Hospitality and Culinary Arts (MIHCA) and Kraft Foods Philippines (KFP) for breaking a Guiness World Record of successfully pulling off 5,845 cheese-infused dishes in a day, hurdling over India with 4,668 dishes in 2007.
And to mark another groundbreaking record, MIHCA and Kraft Foods Philippines have recently launched Café 5845, the first cheese café in the world that will serve the most unique and the widest variety of cheese dishes everyday.
Café 5845 will be located at the SM Mall of Asia in Pasay City, while the opening date is yet to be announced.
Here are the sample pictures of food presented to us during the launching and food tasting event on June 17, 2010 at the MIHCA, Times Plaza, UN Avenue, Manila.

Mushroomburger in Tagaytay City, Cavite
The province of Cavite is known for growing quality and world-class mushrooms, and Tagaytay City has been popular for a particular food place named Mushroomburger where you can have a variety of food products with mushrooms as the main ingredient.

The bun was fresh and the patty tasted good. According to Yobs, the patty was yummy and tasty, not to mention that it is healthy because it is made of fresh mushrooms and less preservatives and extenders.
I got to wolf down my half piece in four big bites, and gave my last one to Yobs since he really loved it. Ever since, mushrooms are my favorite, and I would definitely come back to Mushroomburger.
Mushroomburger is located at 70 Gen. Aguinaldo Highway, Tagaytay City.

Last June 30, Yobs and I went to Tagaytay to experience Sonya's Garden. After dining in and taking photos around the place, we headed to Mushroomburger without any plans of going there.
Since we were both full, we decided to order only one regular mushroom burger to share, and two regular mushroom burgers with cheese for takeout for my Mom and cousin, Fernan.
The products taste great and the prices are affordable. That is why many people are coming to the store and patiently falling in line just to have a chew of their burgers. They also have combo meals for rice and pasta lovers.
